We would love to be able to give you a rental price and say that it is standard across the country, but that is simply not true. The price of a salon rental will vary from city to city and, to make matters a bit more complicated, from rental agency to rental agency in the same city. A salon studio will rent for considerably more in Los Angeles than in Fort Worth or Topeka.
We can begin this price conversation by telling you what we charge. Luxury salon suites, at Salon & Spa Galleria, begin at $75 per week. What other agencies are charging at any given time is not something we pay close attention to. We know ours is a very fair price, at the very least competitive, if not the lowest, and we are confident that the amenity package we include in that price is the best you will find in Fort Worth . . . so let’s talk about that amenity package.
