Let’s revisit that retail building we mentioned earlier. Leasing a retail location can easily cost you between $1500-$5000 per month, depending of course on the size of the building and its location.
Once you have found such a building, you then need to furnish it. In addition you will need to arrange for signage, have the utilities put under your name and turned on, arrange for WiFi, arrange for your personalized web page, come to an agreement with a product supplier for those items you wish to sell, and . . .
