The words “salon suites” seem so simple, so basic, so devoid of confusion; in fact, there is a wide-range of salon suites, offering a wide-range of amenities, offered at a wide-range of prices.
We are here to cut through the confusion. We are Salon & Spa Galleria, leading the way in the Greater Fort Worth area with twenty-three salon suite rental locations. Call us at 817-917-1416 for more information and to arrange for a tour of our facilities.
Now, though, let’s educate you about salon suites.
Salon suites come in varying sizes.
The term salon suites can refer to a one-room salon, two-room salon, three-room salon . . . thus the confusion attached to that term. This, then, raises the question of how large you want your salon/spa to be? Is it going to be a one-person salon, a two-person . . .
It also raises the question of future plans; are you planning on staying a small venture, or do you have plans for substantial growth? If the latter, then a one-room suite may not be your best choice.
Only you can answer these questions. A key point to remember, though, is moving from one suite to a larger one, as your hair salon/beauty salon grows, is not nearly as complicated as moving from one large retail building to another, and in most cases it does not even entail changing buildings. At Salon & Spa Galleria, it is common for a small salon business to move into a large salon suite, in the same building, and that is uber-convenient when it comes to your customers.
Salon suites come at varying costs.
Larger salon suites cost more. You can etch that truism in stone. Just as larger buildings are priced according to square feet, in theory so too are salon suites.
While we are on this topic, know too that salon suites may also be called salon booths, or salon studios. The words may change a bit, but they still refer to single-or-double rooms available for rent.
What can you expect to pay for a salon suite rent? At our own Salon & Spa Galleria, luxury salon suites start at a very low $75 per week. Our larger suites will cost more, but I’m sure we can agree that $75 per week is a very appealing rent for a small business owner.
What do other salon suite rental agencies charge in rent? We can’t answer that, other than to say somewhere in the $75-$300 per week range, depending upon the city you live in.
And then let’s talk about amenities included in the rental cost.
This is where it gets a bit tricky. We are going to use our own Salon and Spa Galleria to illustrate this topic of amenities.
At Salon & Spa Galleria, that low rent we mentioned includes utilities. It includes WiFi. It includes a free HDTV, your own web page, a marketing program, laundry facilities, furniture if needed . . . shall we continue?
None of that is guaranteed at all salon suite rental agencies, and you need to know exactly what you are getting for your rental payment. If you are in Chicago, and they offer an amenities package as good as ours, jump on it immediately. If all you get for your rental payment is the rent paid, walk away quickly.
A final word about Salon & Spa Galleria.
