The salon owner, Callye Leenhouts, is a Weatherford based independent hair colorist and stylist with specialization in blonding and extensions. While she does offer a variety of services, her expertise lies in all things blonde – Surfer Blonde, Californian Blonde, Beach Blonde, Socialite Blonde, and pretty much any blonde hue your heart desires.
“The color Blonde has so many more shades than any other color and getting it just right without damaging the hair takes precise knowledge and planning. I always say it’s an exact science,” says Callye while painstakingly fixing micro-foils to the head of her client.
She comes from a background of nearly 4 years of experience and education at the Weatherford Beauty School. After working for some of the top luxury salons in Fort Worth, she decided to branch out on her own to open her Weatherford hair salon located in Salon & Spa Galleria off the I-20.
In addition to hair coloring, Callye has also become popular for her hair cutting techniques. “Callye is superb with wavy/curly hair. She is the only stylist I’ve met in the city who actually knows how to create long layers beautifully,” says a long-time client.
